The hotel is sick and poor maintenance! The mothballs smell in the room is extremely strong. The paint on bathroom wall is peeling off. Aircond not working well.  The check in process is poor. Was waiting 30mins and no staffs are approaching to check in. They are just talking to each other instead.  Downstair entertainment room is very noisy. Unpleasant stay! Strongly not recommended!

Need full renovation & thorough cleaning. No basic facilities provided eg no side table lamp, no rubbish bin in the room, no electric kettle, no drinking water, no cup, no hand towel. Plus wall & ceiling are broken & chipped, & springled with debris, all windows could not be open & caked with dirt. The whole hotel is smelly. This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in Australia and every other places I stayed around the world. The hotel should be graded as minus 3 stars It was a misleading & wrong grade in the tourist accommodation rate. Very disappointing & felt we were in a dirty filthy cell. Even you the hotel pay me to stay, I wouldn't want to enter this hotel.

The room I had needed a repaint, the paint is crumbling off the walls. The furniture and bathroom were pretty old but functional. No big deal but the tv in the lounge area didn't work the one in the bedroom did. The parking is limited, I had to park a few blocks away.

房間非常舊，大概是上世紀90年代火車站水平 酒店在海灣邊上但是無海景，樓下就是酒吧，如果住帶廁所的房間（不在酒吧正上方）不會太吵，但是無廁所的估計很吵 停車在街上…聖誕節假期實在訂不到酒店定的這一家…160aud買到國內100人民幣的質量，非不得已不建議

Stayed during an Ironman race. Was located in the heart of town, easy to check in and check out. Bathrooms were clean and easy to use. Very quiet despite being located above a pub, good quick stay.
